How do the greedy money-making liars get away with it? Why aren’t they on the front pages of our newspapers, or in court?

Simple. They make sure that anyone who complains gets their money back very,very quickly. Job done. Complainant shut up….Thousands of more punters still sending in their money. Lovely Jubbly.

The most effective weapon for a greedy liar is the money-back guarantee. Unsuccessful liars have 10 or 14 day guarantees, average liars have 30 day guarantees, rich liars have 12 month guarantees!

Being overweight is a consequence of eating too much unhealthy food and not exercising enough. However there are other problems that need to be addressed in order to lose weight.

Diet’s don’t recognise the difference between how a fat person’s metabolism operates and how a thin person’s operates. In essence a thin person and a fat person could eat the same meals for a week, and the thin person would not gain weight while the fat one would.

Fat people often have abnormally low metabolisms and this means they have problems burning food as fuel.  When it is not burned the excess is converted into fat.  To correct this you need to embark on a healthy diet, and take up excercise to raise your metabolic rate.

I’ve never liked the phone, ever since my first job was answering one at a travel agency. My last business had 10,000 customers so the phones were busy. Luckily the business was also very profitable, so I had plenty of staff to answer them for me.

Phones are unnatural forms of communication, body-language is completely eliminated. But my main gripe against the phone is that they prevent productive work. You have no control over when the phone will ring, and when they do, it will interrupt whatever you are doing in the real world.

I have read many Internet Marketing forums where Mike Filsaime has a very bad name. I was therefore quite shocked to receive details of his “Butterfly Marketing” system via my membership of the Masterclass. I thought maybe the forums were wrong, but I had enough doubt not to bother reading the ”Butterfly” system.

I now see that the information I had was correct, Masterclass members are complaining in our own forum about “Mr F”. I am not going to pussy-foot about, “Mr F” is Mike Filsaime and I wouldn’t touch him with a barge pole.

Any European who has trouble controlling their weight, should consider emigrating to the USA where you will automatically feel skinny.

Losing weight is not something that can be bought or sold. It is not a commodity. Sometimes the problem is cultural. We become trapped in old habits that have us eating unhealthy foods for a lifetime.

The key is to adjust your lifestyle. This means eating a plant-based diet based on whole foods and embarking on an exercise program… There is no such thing as a quick fix when it comes to obesity. 

The easiest way to reply to a blog response is simply to fill-in the comment form yourself. However this does pose a couple of problems.

Firstly your own reply is counted as a comment, so the blog statistics are innaccurate having been inflated by 100%. (You would need to half the number of comments to get a true reflection of outside response). 

Secondly, if you don’t reply immediately, your response could be out of sequence and confusing for readers. This would particularly happen on  blogs with lots of comments. 

Core strengthening workouts are also sometimes called abdominal-strengthening exercises. This is because when you strengthen the core stomach muscles you also strengthen the back and midriff.

There are many benefits to having a flat stomach and one of them is that a strong core can help you lose further weight.

The benefits of abdominal strengthening exercises are not just limited to helping you lose weight. They also ease the back, and perhaps even get rid of back pain and strain.

Doing tummy strengthening exercises also keeps your organs in their rightful places and helps speed up weight loss.  Regular core exercises will  increase your overall flexibility, and help prevent the stiffening that occurs as you age.

Greedy money-making liars have been with mankind since the invention of money itself.

Kublai Khan in the 13th Century first implemented a nation-wide system of transactions based on paper money. So when he wasn’t forging the biggest empire the earth has ever seen, killing every man,woman and child in the cities that resisted him, he was printing money. Lovely jubbly.

Greedy money-making liars are in good company.

In this blog section I am not just going to play it safe and only mention the greedy liars who are dead and cannot sue me. I’m going to name names and look at the greedy money-making liars who are around today. Those who want to make themselves richer, by making promises  that will end up  with you being poorer. 

I love money making schemes!  I’m a great fan of them. It’s been one of my hobbies since I bought the first one in 1975. I have been buying them ever since.

They are a hobby though, and all hobbies cost money.

I’m more concerned about people who buy into these schemes thinking they are real. Often these people are hard-up, may be desperate and even mentally ill.

It’s not right to take money from these vulnerable members of society. Greedy liars however don’t worry about this. The vulnerable members of society actually provide a constant stream of new customers.

Date line: Thursday 15th April 2010……The UK experiences life in the 22nd century. Noise pollution has been banned from the skies. Peace and quiet abounds.

Unfortunately this Taste of the Future excluded the major noise pollutant – the internal/infernal combustion engine.

After a volcanic eruption in Iceland, a huge cloud of ash started to drift over the UK making aircraft travel dangerous. All flights were banned, all day. Obviously this  was inconvenient and upsetting for those people intending to travel…..But what an eye opener, or should I say ear opener!
The amount of noise in the modern world is ridiculous. It is so pernicious we accept it as normal. I live near Coventry and Birmingham Airports. Now for the first time in my lifetime the skies are quiet above me, and it’s lovely. I can hear the birds singing, without the background drone of aircraft engines.
