		<description>It&#039;s how we start our day, right? Starting with a good healthy breakfast every morning can promote better performance throughout the day. Also skipping meals is pretty bad since we lose more energy and get to do less work in the process. That is why I don&#039;t, almost ever skip a meal. If I don&#039;t feel like eating my regular meal then I at least take a small meal maybe a banana or a small sandwich, just to give my body something to digest on.</description>

He doesn&#039;t eat breakfast, grabs snacks during the day when he is working, then he is starving at night and he eats loads of fast food to satisfy his hunger. Bill exercises regularly playing Squash, but because of his bad eating habits he is overweight. The best eating advice for keeping a healthy weight is: Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince, Dine like a Pauper.&lt;/em&gt;
