For the past week I have had annoying little arrows on my links that look like this; 

They don’t do anything apart from make the blog look really messy. If you end up with a similar problem on your blog, it’s really easy to get rid of them.

Step (1)

How to get rid of Annoying Arrows on Wordpress Links
Go to your dashboard at www.YOURBLOG.com/wp-admin. Look at the list on the left hand side. Scroll down and click on Settings,  then in Settings click on External Links.

 

Step (2)
Delete the tick inside the Box for

“Add an External link Icon to outbound links.”

Click:
Save Changes

Job Done!

Visit your site and those annoying arrows have already gone.
