Interesting blog. Thanks for the book review. It could be good but I am not a big fan of graphic novels.

Maus is more of a history book though! :-)
John

I found your blog on google and read a few of your other posts. I just added you to my Google News Reader. Keep up the good work. Look forward to reading more from you in the future.

Thanks very much. Glad that we seem to be on the same wavelength.
John

Wow, John, you never cease to amaze me! This is so interesting! I just heard Michael Jackson died and I thought of his relationship with his family while I was reading this piece you wrote (I know, my mind works in very strange ways!).

Enjoy the journey.

You're not the only one finding strange connections Mandy. After writing this post I remembered that Art Spiegelman was living near the Twin Towers when they were attacked on 9/11. He wrote another graphic novel called "No Towers" (which I may write a post on), but it started me thinking politically, and I ended up with a rant against Bush and Blair. I feel better now it's out of my system! :-) Keep up the good work Mandy. Best wishes.
John
