I agree that there are lots of advantages to excercise - not least of which are the health aspects. And exercise is also good for stress relief, which in turn promotes better health.  

I personally did not get on with Rosemary Conley but do succeed with low carb diets.  I truly believe in the &quot;blood group&quot; concept which talks about the more ancient blood groups (O) having more difficulty digesting and metabolising the &quot;more recent&quot; foodstuffs, such as wheat.  Whereas the younger bloodgroups  have more tolerance for the wheats but less for the protein/fats.

Interesting stuff.
