Eat Breakfast………That’s it………If you want to lose weight - eat breakfast. Simple isn’t it?……….But I bet you aren’t doing this! It’s a bet I would make money on :O)

You are reading a post about losing weight, so it’s likely that you have some extra pounds that you want to shed. If you have some extra pounds, it’s likely that you have picked up some bad eating habits. The worst bad eating habit is missing breakfast…..So if you want to lose weight EAT BREAKFAST.
I know I am repeating myself, but I also know that just reading this post will not get you to change your eating habits. So what will? Is the message too simple? Does it sound too easy? Do you want something more complicated and expensive? There are plenty of other more complicated slimming programmes, but why not start with the simplest and cheapest – Eat Breakfast!

OK. You’re still not convinced, so here is the complicated bit: Eating early kicks your metabolism into gear and starts to burn calories. It also curbs your appetite so you will be less tempted by energy snacks during the day. Aim to eat between 150 and 300 calories, and get a mix of protein and carbs for both quick energy and long lasting fullness.
I like things simple in life, so I don’t worry about what my breakfast contains, I simply eat what I like. But I ALWAYS eat in the morning. I want to Break the Fast my body has endured for maybe 12 hours.
So I can now reveal to you, in case you forgot, the ULTIMATE SECRET to losing weight is to EAT BREAKFAST.

Okay, John, I get it – EAT BREAKFAST! I haven’t eaten breakfast for years – but then I don’t consider I have a weight problem. However, I do recognise the importance of breakfast, I just don’t eat it. It’s never sat well with me.

Do you eat late at night? I had a curry around 10pm last night, and I must admit I didn't fancy breakfast this morning, (I still eat it though). John
